These Terms govern your purchase and use of DemandReach AI's website and services, including the First 1,000 Campaign launch package.
The Service
DemandReach AI provides a managed customer-acquisition campaign, including a strategy session, campaign build, targeted contacts, outbound messaging, an AI campaign assistant ("Samantha"), and managed lead follow-up, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee a specific number of responses, appointments, sales, or revenue. Campaign performance depends on factors outside our control, including audience responsiveness, market conditions, and the client's offer and business.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and approve campaign content
- Cooperate with sender registration and onboarding requirements
- Ensure marketing content and offers comply with applicable law
- Respond to and honor opt-out requests directed to you outside the platform
Acceptable Use
Use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service for campaigns that violate applicable law, carrier policies, or our acceptable use standards.
Payment
The $199 launch fee is due at purchase and covers the First 1,000 Campaign as described on our pricing page. Any additional services beyond the included package would be billed separately and require your approval before being charged.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DemandReach AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
