Acceptable Use Policy

DemandReach AI's platform may only be used for lawful, permission-aware marketing campaigns. This policy describes categories and practices that are not permitted.

Restricted Business Categories

We do not support campaigns for: cannabis or CBD products, vaping products, gambling, firearms, adult products or services, lending or payday-loan services, or other categories restricted by applicable law or our messaging and carrier partners.

Prohibited Practices

• Sending messages to any contact without an appropriate legal basis or permission
• Ignoring or failing to honor opt-out (STOP) requests
• Misrepresenting your business, offer, or affiliation
• Sending deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Using the platform to harvest, resell, or misuse contact data outside your approved campaign
• Circumventing carrier registration or sender-approval requirements

Audience and Messaging Requirements

All campaigns must satisfy applicable permission, sender-registration, opt-out, carrier, audience-source, and business-category requirements before launch. We may request documentation supporting your audience source or campaign consent practices.

Enforcement

We may pause, suspend, or terminate a campaign or account that violates this policy, without affecting fees already earned for setup and service already delivered, subject to our Refund Policy.
